Beginner Sabre Camp 2024 Experience the Olympic sport of fencing with Northwestern University’s beginner sabre camp! Led by members of our Varsity Team Coaching Staff, this camp will focus on the fundamentals of sabre fencing as well as overall motor skills development and physical fitness. This camp is Ideal for students who have never fenced before, while students with more experience are free to enroll. Participants can expect to learn the basic movements and ideas of sabre fencing and to engage in the fun and unique experience of partner sparring with a sword in a safe and controlled environment. Above all, everyone can expect to have fun and learn at the same time! Dates & Time: July 15-19 | 9am-12pm Early Bird April 1st: $225 Regular Fee: $300 Payment: Please use Master Card or Visa (no AMEX) Ages: Open to any and all ages 8-12 Refund Policy:Beginner Session (July 15-19), full refund will be issued if written notice is given on or before April 1st. After April 1st we cannot guarantee a full refund due to Administrative costs incurred.
